What size unit does my home need?

We do a proper load calculation before recommending a unit rather than defaulting to a standard size.

Will hard well water cause problems?

Had a spigot go bad at my house and the very friendly receptionist at Quality Plumbing and Heating scheduled an appointment for the next day, but then called soon after and said they could come out the very same day, which was great. Technician Tim came out and quickly assessed the situation and repaired within the hour. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, as with each experience we've had with Quality Plumbing & Heating.
