 Yes. Wolverine is about 20 miles north of our Gaylord base and falls within our regular service area. We run calls there for heating, cooling, plumbing, and water quality service. Same-day availability applies to the Wolverine area.

I have a cabin on the Sturgeon River outside Wolverine that I only use part of the year. What typically needs attention?

Had a spigot go bad at my house and the very friendly receptionist at Quality Plumbing and Heating scheduled an appointment for the next day, but then called soon after and said they could come out the very same day, which was great. Technician Tim came out and quickly assessed the situation and repaired within the hour. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, as with each experience we've had with Quality Plumbing & Heating. Been in Gaylord almost 15 years and have had other plumbing and heating companies come out here - some okay...and some not okay. A few years ago, I was told by a representative of another plumbing and heating company north of Gaylord who told me Quality is the best. He was right and we only call Quality Plumbing and Heating now. The name fits their skill set, sincere care, and customer service. Integrity matters. We highly recommend Quality Plumbing and Heating.

Absolutely great work. Adam diagnosed the problem, they ordered the parts for my AC minisplt and Devon showed up and worked his tail off on a 95°day and it's was up and running by 5. Highly recommend them.

I found a leak under my kitchen sink. The technician was here in less than 2 hours. He replaced the pipe and pro actively replaced something that would have been a problem in the near future. I used Quality Comfort Pros in March when the toilet in my bathroom was flushing directly into my crawl space. Bob and Gavin were sent out same day and stayed after hours to unclog my pipes. Then at the end of May, my kitchen faucet started leaking into the cabinets below. I called on Quality Comfort Pros again, and this time they sent out Tim. Because I have a MOEN faucet there is a lifetime warranty. I reordered the faucet, and decided to replace the toilet that leaked into my crawl space. At the end of June, they sent out Gavin (again), and he replaced my faucet and toilet. These guys are top notch! They are professional, and prompt. Jen in the office was extremely helpful throughout all of this, as was JD the owner. I can’t say enough good things about these folks. I 100%, wholeheartedly, and unconditionally recommend Quality Comfort Pros. You can’t go wrong with them.

5/5 stars – Let me preface my review with I am a single gal and when I had a waterfall in my basement I was panicked and had no clue what to do!!! I stopped at the Quality Comfort Pros office, (at 5 minutes before closing I might add), where I was greeted by Garry whom immediately listened to my dilemma. Then to take it step further, got in his truck and followed me to my home to access the situation. Garry offered comfort when he told me it was very fixable and has seen the problem multiple times before. I was greeted by Tim first thing the next morning where he promptly fixed the problem in just a couple hours!! He didn’t even mind my obnoxious dogs! Will definitely be using them to fix other problems before they too, become basement water features!! Ollie, the office pup was just pure bonus!
