The first time I hired them was for ductwork, furnace and central air, so they were at my house for roughly a week. The second time(they just finished today) was for an on demand water heater, water softener, water filter, and whole home humidifier.

Both times they were courteous, prompt, and happy to answer any questions. I haven't had any issues with any of the work they have done, and I believe the pricing to be fair.

They will be coming back to install our generator sometime this year. I am very happy with their work, professionalism, and friendliness and will recommend them to anyone that asks.

So impressed by this company. My furnace had been acting up for a few months. It finally died. Over 20 years old and time for a new one. I had a houseful of people coming up and it was 30° outside. Ken was able to get a replacement furnace for me. His crew was at my house within about an hour. Adam and Jeff worked late, but completed the install. They were extremely professional. All of the gentlemen working for the company are extremely professional, fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and Courteous.

I just purchased a house in Gaylord, and Ken helped with getting the natural gas line to the house extended to the kitchen to move to a gas range, and to the exterior for a natural gas grill. The technician busted his butt to get it done without having the pipes/tube exposed in the basement, and everything looks absolutely fantastic.

Had a 25-year-old system a lot of make you oun repairs. Completely went down. Thought I was looking at thousands and thousands of dollars. they came out got it all up and running and assured me the rest of the fixes would not be bad and could do them in the future. Repairs were a little over. $600 but not as huge as I feared. Very honest very professional very fast at work. Had everything on board to replace everything on my furnace. Now have hot water and heat again all up and running. Yes I have a boiler system in baseboard heat. Would highly recommend them to anyone with this type of system very professional fast and fixes everything. If you are in Gaylord Michigan or the surrounding area these would be the people I would suggest. And also kudos to John forget his last name however he was my technician and extremely good fast and professional. Thank you John I can rest easy... So a 100 out of 10! You should get a raise you're very professional and know exactly what you're doing.
